The Election Commission-EC will sit in Dhaka and monitor Sylhet City Corporation elections through CC cameras. Ensure proper exercise of voting rights. Immediate action will be taken if anyone disturbs it. Regarding EVM, CEC said, many people talk a lot about Electronic Voting Machine-EVM but nothing was found in the experiment long ago.

Kazi Habibul Awal also said that the candidature will be canceled if the allegations of violation of the code of conduct are proved.
